Do you think Lucio is the world's best defender going or one of the world's best defenders?

With the season he's had and the WC he's having he could very well be up there....All I know is that he was a great addition to Inter and he was free. His style is and always has been 'get there before the attacker'...funny how we only see the quality of a player if/when he plays for certain teams....he's been at Bayern for years and nobody ever really thought he was among the world's top 5 defenders really...
