How to deal with a cold lady..?

Hi.. my sis-in-law is just a pretty lady, fair, beautiful, well- educated nd maintains her body, etc., though not fair as her im still beautiful.. but a little lazy.. :) so she dominates me in every thing.. :( sometimes im ashamed of my make up or dressing after seeing hers.. :( nd she never ever takes notice of me or starts a conversation or never has anything to do with me.. but i'd like to be friends with her.. but shez juz cold.. what do i do..? im afraid im imitating her in most things by now nd im just not workin the way i was.. :( we live in d same place.. what do i do..? cant ignore her..:( but shez ignorin me.. :(
