When should separate male and female mouse pups?

I bought a mouse and turns out she was a 5 for the price of 1 deal. The babies are 23 days old, and I don't want to breed them. I can see scrotums on the boys, but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer as to if that means they're sexually mature or not. I have a separate cage set up and ready, but I don't want to take them from mom if they're not fully weaned yet. I've seen them examining their mothers food before, but I'm unsure if they're eating it or just imitating mom. Any clue as to when to separate them?
